Darien regulates detached garages and other accessory buildings by yard, height, and coverage.

## Plain English

Accessory buildings must observe the residence district's side and rear yards and count toward the total coverage cap.
Parking is not allowed in the required front yard or within 5 feet of rear or side lot lines.
