# Peoria Base districts Unified Development Code | BV360 Pre-Flight

Peoria regulates zoning, subdivision, and site development through Appendix A, the Unified Development Code. Pre-Flight checks the base-district standards and use permissions.

The UDC combines use permissions, base-district dimensional standards, overlay districts, parking, landscaping, and subdivision rules.
Use the Permitted Use Table in Section 5.2 and the base-district standards in Chapter 4. Overlay districts in Chapter 7 can impose additional requirements.
