R-E is the estate district; R-1 through R-4 step down in lot size and up in allowed density.
Front setbacks are generally 30 feet. Interior side and rear setbacks vary by district and use.
Residential building height is generally 35 feet, with up to 48 feet in R-4 and the CV/TN districts.
