Pre-Flight is a pre-submittal tool

BV360 Pre-Flight checks residential drawing PDFs against adopted municipal code to help you catch issues before you submit to the city.

Pre-Flight is not a permit, not legal advice, and not a substitute for a licensed design professional or the authority having jurisdiction. The city still decides. Our reviews are generated by AI from the extracted PDF data and are not a legal or certified architectural determination.

Accounts and free reviews

You get two free lifetime reviews. The first may run anonymously; before your second completed review we ask you to sign in so we can attach the review to your account. Paid plans require a signed-in account.

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a monthly or annual subscription. Unused reviews do not roll over. Extra reviews cost $8 each after your included reviews are used and require your confirmation before charge. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your plan returns to Free.

Your plans and data

You retain ownership of your drawings and project data. Anonymized review share links are opt-in and have identifying details removed before publication. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Pre-Flight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildVerify360 is not liable for decisions you make based on a Pre-Flight review. Always confirm the adopted code text on the official city source.
